Cheated a little this morning – John is away so I did my 5 minute silence in bed plus all my A V & R.
Did my exercise again did the indoor YouTube walk for 15 minutes however doing my writing in bed again.
Yesterday was a great day for me- I did a form of SAVERS at work. As a result I felt energetic led a good team meeting then listed all the work for the week mapping out the day on the board.
As I progress with a 30 working day SAVERS I will write up how it goes.
