Day 12 of the oldfogiyogi challenge 

today’s session was troublesome. I moved well enough but was not focussing properly on the moves. My eldest son was out and he had not been given a curfew by his dad. This irritated me as the hours ticked on and he was not home. Thinking that the yoga would calm me down I started my session.

Today’s session was 17 minutes long. It focussed on the spine and having had a desk job for many years it certainly felt good having each vertebrae almost unlocked and made looser. I am beginning to notice better flexibility even the traybake stomach does look a little leaner.

As I was in a pose similiar to childbearing I heard the front door open and my son returned. I lowered my legs and sat up waiting for him to come upstairs and explain himself.
